We’re looking for a Brand & Growth Strategist who thrives on transforming insights into compelling
strategies and creative execution. If you love digging into data, defining unique brand identities, and
driving growth through innovative marketing strategies, this role is for you 💡
Your mission will be to craft a clear Brand Guideline and identity, build a user-focused website, and
execute impactful go-to-market campaigns that establish Bloxley as a leader in the fintech space .
As a mix of strategist, marketer, and executor, you’ll work collaboratively to ensure everything about
Bloxley; our brand, website, and campaigns, reflects our vision of everything money —
beautifully easy.
🔍 Research and Analysis
• Use the existing market research to understand target audiences, competitors, and market
trends.
• Analyze data and identify gaps in the existing research to craft unique brand positioning that sets
Bloxley apart.
Brand Identity and Guideline Development
• Translate existing concepts into a cohesive Brand Guideline that defines Bloxley’s visuals, tone of
voice, and overall identity.
• Create a clear brand positioning strategy, including a unique value proposition and messaging
that resonates with users.
• Translate insights into a comprehensive Brand Guideline covering visual and verbal identity for all
channels.
🌐 Coordinating & Directing Website Development
• Oversee the creation of a new, conversion-optimized website, collaborating with the Web
Designer and Web Developer to ensure seamless execution.
• Design and execute go-to-market campaigns, including growth hacks and paid/organic
strategies, to drive user acquisition.
• Create together with the Design Team assets and strategies for social media, emails, ads, and
more, ensuring alignment with the finalized Brand Guideline.
📣 Growth Marketing and Campaign Execution
• Design and execute the first go-to-market campaigns, leveraging a mix of paid media, organic
growth strategies, and creative growth hacks.
• Identify and measure key growth metrics (e.g., user acquisition, conversion rates, and
engagement).
• Work directly with the dedicated design team to produce visually stunning assets for ads, social
media, and other campaigns.
• Collaborate with other teams to create cross-channel strategies, amplifying Bloxley’s reach and
engagement.
Branding and Marketing Expertise
• Proven experience in branding, marketing, or growth roles, preferably in fintech or consumer-
facing tech startups.
• Demonstrated ability to develop Brand Guidelines and Brand Identities that are visually
compelling and scalable.
• Strong understanding of growth marketing strategies, including campaign creation, execution,
and performance tracking.
📐 Strategic and Creative Execution
• Exceptional ability to bridge the gap between brand and growth, ensuring strategies are both
visually impactful and conversion-driven.
• Experience leading website design and development projects from concept to execution.
