At Bloxley, design is at the core of how we communicate, connect, and grow . We’re searching for a
Designer who thrives on tackling diverse creative challenges, from crafting marketing campaigns to
refining in-app visuals. This is a generalist design role, ideal for someone who’s adaptable, loves
problem-solving, and wants to make a significant impact as we scale 🚀
You’ll play a critical role in building Bloxley’s visual identity across multiple touchpoints —
marketing, campaigns, website content, product visuals, and more. With motion design as a key
part of our strategy, you’ll also create animations and interactive elements that bring our brand to
life. As our Brand Guidelines become finalized, you’ll ensure consistency across everything we
create while continuously innovating and enhancing how we present ourselves.
🎨 Marketing & Campaign Design
• Designing assets for marketing campaigns, including ads, banners, social media posts, and
emails
• Creating visuals for blog posts, presentations, and other documents to support growth initiatives.
• Supporting the web design team with visuals for landing pages, CTAs, and immersive page
elements.
🎥 Motion Design & Animation
• Creating motion graphics and animations to elevate marketing materials and in-app visuals.
• Designing engaging transitions, micro-interactions, and videos that capture user attention and
communicate complex ideas simply.
• Collaborating with teams to use motion design to enhance storytelling across campaigns and
products.
📱 Product and UI/UX Design
• Collaborating with the Product team to create in-app visuals, including banners, feature
introductions, and notifications.
• Assisting with UI/UX design tasks to ensure seamless visual integration across platforms.
Maintaining Brand Consistency
• Translating the finalized Brand Guidelines into actionable designs for all digital and print assets.
• Ensuring consistency in visual elements across all touchpoints, from marketing to product to
internal documents.
💡 Problem-Solving and Innovation
• Bringing fresh ideas to solve complex design challenges, whether it’s a new campaign, a website
page, or a product flow.
• Adapting quickly to evolving needs and contributing creative solutions that align with Bloxley’s

Design Expertise
• Experience as a multi-disciplinary designer, working across digital, print, and motion design
assets.
• A portfolio showcasing work in motion graphics, marketing materials, web designs, and product
visuals
• Proficiency in tools like Figma, Blender, Adobe Creative Suite, and After Effects for motion design
• Proven ability to create motion graphics and animations for marketing and in-app use.
• Experience with interactive designs, including transitions, micro-interactions, and storytelling
through motion.
📐 Cross-Functional Design Skills
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and experience contributing to product designs.
• Ability to create designs optimized for digital marketing and conversion funnels, with a focus on
visual storytelling.
